1 ½ CUPS OF HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL A BALL FORMS. PUT ON FLOURED MAT/COUNTER AND PRESS OUT WITH YOUR HANDS. FOLD DOUGH 4 TIMES, EACH TIME PRESSING OUT WITH YOUR FINGERTIPS. TAKE A FLOURED BISCUIT CUTTER (I USE A GLASS) AND CUT OUT BISCUITS. I TEND TO CUT MY BISCUITS ON THE THICK SIDE. KEEP ROLLING AND
PRESSING OUT DOUGH UNTIL YOU CAN'T MAKE ANYMORE BISCUITS.
PUT ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET AND POP IN OVEN @ 425 DEGREES FOR 12 MIN. PUT UNDER BROILER UNTIL THEY GET BROWN. DON T WALK AWAY FROM OVEN BECAUSE THEY'LL BURN IN A HEARTBEAT.
THIS RECIPE CAN BE EASILY DOUBLED.
