- 1 CUP SOY SAUCE

- 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR

- ¼ CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS

- 4-5 GARLIC CLOVES

- HEALTHY PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER

- 1 CUP WATER

- 1 PIECE OF PEELED GINGER

INSTRUCTIONS

MIX ALTOGETHER AND POUR OVER THE THIGHS. COOK ON LOW FOR 3-4 HOURS, OR UNTIL CHICKEN FALLS APART.

SERVE CHICKEN ON TOP OF RICE. SPRINKLE WITH MORE CHOPPED GREEN ONION AND SESAME SEEDS
