

- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as tabasco
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers, such as Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, almonds, bacon and hot sauce to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
Stir together crackers and butter and spread mixture evenly over casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
