Ricotta Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

1 Box - Yellow Cake Mix

24 oz - Whole milk Ricotta cheese

3 - Eggs

1/2 - Cup Sugar

1 tsp - Almond extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Take yellow cake mix and mix according to box directions. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the Ricotta cheese, 3 eggs, sugar, and almond extract. Pour over the cake batter mixture and spread to the edges.

Put in preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool completely and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
